If you wish to become a member, please read the Articles of Incorporation of The Academy of Surgical Microscopic Clinical Dentistry, fill in your name, affiliation, contact information (phone number, email address), and your desire to become a member, and send an email to our society office. Please contact us. We will reply to you with instructions on how to apply for membership.

Membership requires the recommendation of a member of the Society or its president, and requires submission of an application form to the Societyʼs office and approval by the Board of Directors.
